COMPANY PROFILE
The Settlement Company started in June of 1995 in Manassas, Virginia. Our office is licensed to conduct settlements for all counties in the state of Virginia. The owner of The Settlement Company, Melissa A. Burroughs, is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has been involved in the business of real estate closings since 1991.
The Settlement Company's staff has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.
